They just need a share price of 2 US dollars and I do not remember if there was a certain time limit.. The best thing is to talk to Chris, he will explain everything.. He has went to the Naz. many different times with different companies and knows all about it.. I thought PTK needed 5 US dollars as well until Chris explained it to me.. The 2 dollar listing is just as good as the 5 dollar listing according to Chris.. Why PTK put the R/S on the table was mind boggling in my opinion.
