Pinetree sold 2.0M shares of McArthur Minerals on May 1 for $107k.

Would require ca. 200 sales of that kind to free up $20 million. Money from selling other holdings will quite likely play a role, but won't suffice. In my eyes, the "POET conspiracy" does have a reasonable probability.
