I realize that the value of $5B was a hypothetical number but let's all realize that the fully diluted price per share for every $1B of value is approximately $4.50 (before the affect of today's options of 1.5M). So a pps of say $22.50 and $5B represents 100% of PTK which I think everyone will agree is the infamous low ball offer.
