Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with regards to seeing companies appoint key members of the team (CFO/COO/CTO/etc...) before appointing a CEO? I am in the camp that belives that the CEO has already been decided and we could be waiting on something.

I believe FJ mentioned that it could be a contractual obligation or limitation making the announcement be delayed which is what I believe. If that's the case then I beleive we are good for a May announcement as most contracts, mine included (3 months) are a few months non-compete. With PC having stated May, I believe there is a good chance that this would have already been decided or known and hence the timetable has hopefully remained unchanged.
