It certainly would appear that this represents another good appointment by PTK but it does strike me a little odd that a CEO would not have been announced first. Would it not be logical to have your CEO announced and then have that person assemble his team of which the COO would be a key part?

Thoughts? Perhaps the CEO has been choosen but for whatever reason an announcement is unable to be made until a later date?
