Couldn't agree more Psycho..

Most recently, Dr. Deshmukh has been Vice President of Emerging Technologies and Products at Applied Materials, Inc.

Now no one can say we're just grabbing guys that are retired and such. It's clear we are assembling a world class team. VP of emerging technologies and products at a 26.8 billion dollar company coming to work at little, old POET. Hmmm....

I think maybe due to his need to give his previous employer lots of notice, based on his contract no doubt, this appointment needed to be made public and official before the CEO ?
