Ok, I find this a little strange and I hope that some of you could weigh in and help me out. Poet goes into a quiet period, which means either quarterly financials or a material change is pending. In our case it would be the latter. Then a couple of days ago word comes from Chris Chu that the quiet period is over..... But there has been no news release of the material change? Is it possible then that the news release is coming (hopefully, much chat about monday after close) and they came out of an official quiet period a few days early? But wouldn't you want to end the quiet period with the NR in order to continue to protect the sensitive information and control disclosure? I'm a bit of a newbie here, so any help you guys can give to provide insight would be great.
