Over the past few weeks (months?) I think we now have a lot more questions than answers (par for the course with POET at this stage). I truly believe something of significance is in the works, and the silence reeks of that. POET has generally kept the Corporate Presentation up to date, yet this has not been updated since February, why is that? There have been delays due to the sputter tool, are these really significant delays in operation or a delay in the timing of news, and if so, why is that?

Who is the new CEO, and when will that be announced?

Who are the new executives, and when will that be announced?

When will the VCESL and Ring Oscillator milestones be completed and what will that be announced? Will the results for the comparison with silicon be spectacular? Will Industry see this as disruptive?

What about the PDK, when will this be completed and announced? What relationship does POET really have with Synopsys? What will be the impact of the PDK?

What is really going on with POET and BAE? I suspect a lot more than has been announced. In the first 20-F (I think the first) from early 2014 "We have produced working device prototypes in our development laboratories at the University of Connecticut to prove the functionality of the POET process. We are now transitioning the device technology into production of a completely integrated platform, utilizing funds provided by NASA as well as from the Company’s general funds and facilities provided by our development partner, BAE". This was 16 months ago "produced working device prototypes", so how much progress have they made now? Revenue from Military - when?

Where does Todd A. DeBonis and David E. Lazovsky ultimately fit in? What about Tony Belvins?

What does Ajit do every day, who does he talk to and what do they discuss?

What will we be voting on for the AGSM?

When does POET list on the NASDAQ?

So the "quiet period" is over, what was that about anyways, and now that it is "over", it is still quiet!! What's up with the BNN cancellations?

And of significance, partners, deals, revenue - when? Who is serving "lunch" and who is eating it?

What about something that they might be working on that has never been mentioned?

Are we close to the point where we will need to write a "Dear Joel" letter and possibly set up an intervention for these "silicon shills" or is it better stated "sillycon shills"? Is Joel still unaware of POET using Indium or the invention with the p-channel? Will he someday make an informed statement about POET?

I feel we are getting close to some answers (I hope so, we need some new material to discuss on this board). I wish the best of luck for all of the POET longs on this board - good luck!! One thing I can state as a fact, is that this "ride" has not been boring.
