I think they could sign and announce a CEO before milestones are announced. If this occurs then perhaps it is a reasonable assumption that milestones have been met and would be announced in conjunction with prospective deals contingent on those milestones.

One thing is for sure, it continues to be impossible to predict the timing and content of PTK's disclosures
