Be careful on this - I believe that earlier in the meeting his wording around the Nasdaq listing left me with the impression that June could be the time of applying for the listing or evaluating an application - not necessarily being listed. I would double check the transcript on this but my work computer is locked down from accessing things like Google Drive.
