27th April is Voter of Record

27th May or about, is mailing of AGM details, voting etc.

Therefore, we will know who the new CEO and possibly other Directors in this window. (Possibly milestones as well but that could happen after 27th May but I would expect before June 12).

FYI, POET has said a CEO will be announced in May. Therefore, I doubt CEO news on the 27 April. Also, May 18 is Victoria Day, and May 25 is Memorial Day. Therefore, I think we can expect news in the window week May 4 or week May 11.

And, I could be completely wrong. I have been many times in the past with predictions, here and in private. Kicking the can down the road to an ever receding horizon has been painful. The upside of course, is I, and many of you it seems, have way too many shares, LOL.
