Patricio personally still owns 100K shares and 250K warrants. I think Pinetree is done selling. It was probably a combination of having to raise funds to meet their 4/30 debenture payment and getting ready to exercise their PTK warrants. I don't think they would have filed their transactions on SEDI until they were done selling.

However, both Pinetree and Patricio officially ceased to be "insiders" as of 4/16, due to their combined holdings being less than 10%
