When you search the term "TRAB" or the full version of it, you don't get much. Other than connections to or links with, Poet, theres not much. Oh theres PRAB's and CRAB's, and TARQ's and WONK's, but no defined TRAB's. So I thought I might do a little digging and throw in an experience or two with consultative boards, and come up with a theory to throw at you to debate, and discuss and maybe even flesh out a tad.

So a TRAB...is like a library. If you want access to or wish to sign books out, you vist the TRAB and you fill out the appropriate paper work, and you get a card for the TRAB library.

So far, only one member has signed up, that being a "Mr. Blevins". He signed up to view some of the libraries important works. Now in the TRAB library, its not important where your from (as yet), so as in "Mr. Blevins" case, he is just there to view material in the library. I expect that a library as important and as rare as the TRAB will attract other average "Joes and Janes" to join up fill out the paperwork and get their cards to view the library.

Now the TRAB has some limitations that will hasten the membership roster in larger sizing and being their is only one copy of each piece of material....time will be of the essence. A person interested in membership to the TRAB library will have to be of significant knowledge base and of good global repute to make it to application status.

Now.....your asking yourselves...."What happens when they want to actually sign out books or materials ?" Well the members will present their library cards again and sign a piece of paper with TWO lines on it......with TWO basic questions on it. Those two questions will look like this.....
