I think what abe100 was referring to was how the warrants were issued, sometimes a warrant can only be worth 1/2 or 1/3 of a common share, so if PNP exercised 6 million warrants that were only worth 1/2 a share they would only get 3 million shares.

In this case, it seems they are one for one.

but I might be wrong.
