It seems like quite a coincidence that SI exercised so early and at about the same time PNP decides to sell some shares, and it almost looks like they sold just enough so as to now be exempt from reporting as an inside.

I have been kicking this around to see if I can find some kind of connection or benefit to either SI or PNP.

The voting rights seem like an acceptable reason for SI to exercise, the cash thing for PNP, (maybe) but I can't help feel there might be more to this than that, seems too coincidental, maybe it's just the reputation of both of these parties that make me feel like that or are we missing something.

Thanks to all those that are keeping track of all the options and warrants belonging to everyone, and when they are being exercised, it is a good indicator of what is going on ( sometimes)
