I read on another forum that Pinetree sold its last shares of ANY yesterday. So they have no more shares of Any.

If it is true, They sold to at least 3.40$ per share..... so the 10 millions $ should not be a problem. (2,849,164 millions shares X 3.40 US= at leat 10 millions canadian)

My source says PNP is done as of today and no longer owns any shares. My source also says that PNP was not short shares, it was some of the debenture holders who first shorted ANY over the last several weeks and then proceeded to sell ANY shares to drive the share price lower. Conflict of interest to say the least and I am going to email PNP to see what they say in terms of the ANY position and whether it still is on the books. This short game has an end in sight because PNP's Sphere shares were bought by real buyers today who will not lend them out. Not saying you are wrong, but the game is changing and eventually the share price will stabilize and head higher.
