I guess the management could have run into a little take over problems and rather than go the SRP route asked the major warrant holders to exercise their warrants to give them enough votes not to bother (or worry) about our votes.

Maybe an offer has been made?

Maybe they want to turn it down?

Maybe they want to accept it?

As we all know a lot going on here. A lot going on that we can only guess,only speculate on.
