Their selling has not been synchronized in the past. The way Canadian Insider showed the transactions made it appear that way since they weren't taking into account Sheldon was both a Director of Poet and an office of the company holding a 10% interest (Pinetree). so it would show as a double trade.

If you looked at past transactions in the source (SEDI.ca), you would see that the sells were either Sheldon from his personal holdings or Pinetree from their holdings.
