The sign of a good leader is knowing one's limits. PC has stated publically that it is time for him to move on. Aside from the undeniable fact that he has brought us this far (anyone remember 20 cents?), he has my profound respect for his self-awareness that it is time he passed the torch on, and that is exactly what is being done.
