I am very suspicious about these "false" Insider Trade flags we have seen in the past.

We do not yet know if the recent occurance is indeed false, but we do know that no Company Insiders have sold any shares, as confirmed by management.

If I recall correctly, we have seen at least 4 "false" occurances of this nature in the past, maybe more; and it seems oddly convenient that the timing plays very coincidental to the short trading activity.

It is only my opinion, but it appears to me that a brokers(s) are playing the game hand-in-hand with some of the short traders.

Very difficult to prove, but the trend is painting a picture that indicates foul play.

In the end, the longs will win, but the shorts make it a very frustrating journey.

Can't wait for POET to announce something of a Whopper NR, then the shorts will run for cover and leave POET alone.
