Hi Jack, I've been having a look at this and there is no definitive answer to how long a quiet period is. One paper (forgive me, but I can't find the link now to post) states 21-25 days as the average period. This is retrospective, looking at other companies' quiet periods. I have also seen figures of 40/90 days, but this is more in relation to an IPO. So, it could be today, it could be a few more weeks. GLTA Monk
