It was based on Direct Control or Direct Ownership (ie. Pinetree or Personal stock).
If the total of the 2 above breached the 20% threshold of the float, different and more difficult reporting administration apsects would have come into effect for SI.
Now that Sheldon is out of Pinetree, he is no longer linked to the Pinetree Poet stock position.
So, that being said, SI is now no where near the 20% threshold.
He should be around the 10% region.
Fairchij may be able to give more accurate numbers.
It would be interesting to establish SI's actual % because the float has increased due to all the warrants and options being exercised.
