I don't know and hard to say for sure but IMO, I think there are a couple of things going on. I think where BAE is getting paid by POET, this might be for a commercial application and POET retains all of the IP. I think for the Military (as referenced above), this might be something different, and likely POET is not paying, and the IP is shared by POET and BAE. Maybe POET is going to get paid for this, at some point anyways.

Of course, we don't know but what else is new.
