Here is what it says in the SEC filing. That gives you 7 years - pretty thin on details

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Copetti was COO of Cache Metal Inc., a Toronto based precious metals company and President from 2011 to 2012, and Chief Executive Officer of Larrge Global Capital Inc., a Canadian private company involved in trading securities, commodities, real estate and construction from 2008 to 2011
