We anticipate that licenses of our POET platform to a relatively limited number of customers will account for a significant portion of our total net revenues.

To me this means that in the immediate future, of the many licenses they intend to issue, several will account for most of the revenue. This makes sense if you think that the likes of Apple, Google, Samsung will be among their customers. Obviously, those companies dwarf others in sheer units of product, so it only makes sense to indicate that even though licensed to (possibly many) others, most of the revenue will come from a few licensees.
