If the selling is Sheldon, he sold a tiny portion to gain a massive portion. This makes perfect sense to me and doesn't cause concern. The theory of why would he sell if news is in the pipeline? News flash he just gained over a million shares, I think that's better than the few he sold off. Sheldon is wearing the most risk out of any investor in PTK why can't he use a little house money to further his position. This seems more than fair.
