Agreed. It is not the process. If they were to use the installation of the equipment as the "scapegoat" as you say, that would be like Sino Forest saying they "Owned" trees in China....and we all know what happens to companies who provide untruths.;)
All is good with POET. IMO. We are all still here, which is the best indicator.
