Just a thought, that maybe the exercising of warrants early is so that Sheldon increases his voting weight at the AGM? April 27 is cut off for shareholders on record. Warrants don't count for voting I presume. Could 1.5 million new shares make a difference to a controversial vote?
Looks to me POET is still in stealth, reluctantly perhaps, and April 27-May 27 is the window for the coming out party, although all my predictions here have been proved wrong so dont expect news next week :)
