i agree with you. There is no logic in what is going on.

Here are some arguments to reason my previous post.

BAE deal has been expected since IR detection.

In a NR they called it Colaboration Agreement.

Now 9 days later in MD&A they are calling it Expanded Agreement.

Progress in monetization through agreement with BAE can be 2 things; 1. Getting prototypes produced

2. BAE licence some IP from PTK which to me is very logical and way overdue

One thing PC said at CIC is that there will be news flow so if i see a BAE licencing deal next week i am not going to be surprised.
