A few months ago Oogee and I exchanged information regarding Sarbanes Oxley and material disclosure...a couple of his exciting and inciteful discoveries revolved around how PTK could delay important news legally for a reasonable duration...providing they had just cause for the market surveillance people at IIROC......now I may be wrong but one one of those just causes I "thought" was mechanical or equipment issues.....
