Let me ask you this RicktVet,

If you're in charge of a globally altering technology, and you're just an itty bitty lil Canadian venture exchange corp...would you not play every game (if in fact that is what mgmt is doing) in the playbook plus plus....to protect your assets and shareholder assets?

If I were a principled CEO I know I would.
