PC stated during the CIC meeting that he had put Q1 target (03/31/2014) for the two milestone knowing that there could be delays. So sorry to disagree with you but i don't think that postponing them to Q2 2014 was part of the plan and that he knew it then.

He is probably as disapointed as we are, to have to announce now that there will be more delays.
