It's doing it's nice, slow controlled rise, just like someone planned it, but probably not, to any major degree...I would hazard that the shorts have already lost this one and are slowly covering as we speak, don't want to push it up with any vigor.

If they had any brains they'd see that light at the end of the tunnel and know it's not the other end..
