They still have ODIS Inc (Opel Defense Integrated Systems) their US sbsidiary corporation which I think also holds certain of the POET patents. I don't know enough about the subsidiary and how easy it could be spun off or what legal issues and approvals would be required. If they were to do as you have indicated such a sale could be the reason for the "Special" shareholder meeting???
