Hi Folks ... It seems to me BNN tweet stated "quiet time" and "excited". Two of our colleagues took the time to provide descriptors of the terms "blackout" and "quiet time". The latter describes a period where something "significant" is before the commission requiring "sign off" before it can be released; Fairchild's conclusion that a possible offer might be on the table. Accordingly I think a strong circumstantial case can be made that POET has such documentation in play before the Commision. Long weekend has set it back a few days. BNN needed to be notified.. So they would not have dead air time. In the absence of other evidence I suggust that "sign off" will arrive shortly and the party will get underway.. But I could be wrong. ... tpower
