Its reading like or as if its almost (not to coin a phrase,lol)....quantum computing light....or quantum-lite if preferred. ;)

Quantum computing cannot, nor would ever be doled (likely a Canadian term) out all at once as that would confuse the end-user ,myself included....to no ends.
