Do we know who were participants or members of the PDA that was announced in 2013 and what if any output came from it? The use of the PDA and TRAB may be excellent tools to minimize anti combines risk issues depending on how it was initiated and announced. Both seem like they are forthrightly in the open and if you really wanted to participate pick up the phone and ask to contribute.
