To me apple seems like a bunch of uppity slime balls who destroy their own partners and suppliers, I hope poet doesn't waste itself on Apple. Apple seem like back stabbers. I think poet should not rely on Apple and therefore definitely not do a deal with the devil granting Apple exclusivity in any sphere of poets applicability

Which is why I pointed out in a past post that we absolutely MUST have ironclad legal documents written by the highest caliber legal team. The challenge of handling Apple is akin to handling an alligator wearing gloves that are made of raw meat. Given what happened to GTAT because of the one-sided agreements they entered into with Apple, I would not be surprised if one of the reasons our recent PR did not mention Apple is because the memory of GTAT's demise is still very much in the minds of many. Better to mention Apple along with other large players in a NR in order to show that Apple is appropriately balanced out by other strong forces.
