There is no "special" meeting, it just like last year a "normal" AGSM:

"The Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders ("AGSM") is scheduled for 9:00 am on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at the Nathan Hale Inn and Conference Center, 855 Bolton Road, Storrs-Mansfield, Connecticut."
