Fairchij: Maybe a clearer picture is already known? Maybe this is why they can go on BNN now?

My assumption is that the ring oscillator is finished. That's huge news, because it confirms that CMOS can be done in GaAs. The textbooks and Wikipedia articles will have to be rewritten.
