It is long to read but gives you a good in site into how companies see and think about lll-v materials.

Interesting take from GF towards the bottom of the article, it is hard to know if they are just spewing fluff to keep people off track or what.

Right down at the bottom of the page are a few comments about this and one refers to AM at the CIC in London.

I am sure this material has been read a thousand times by people on this board, but it is from a recent article and does explain the pro's and con's fairly well
