ScaryRaccoon: I've always believed that POET could be worth what you stated in your last post, but the reality is it is highly unlikely us shareholders will ever see that value in PTK shares as they exist today. By the time POET IP reaches such worth, PTK would have been long taken over and in the control of some larger entity. Thats just the reality of business.

Well, Scary, it depends. And for the most part it depends on how we retail shareholder are behaving, i.e. whether we are selling and at which price. Remember we hold more than 60 percent of the shares.

We should educate each other that $4 – $7 would really be a low-ball offer – and why. Even if you'd accept a $20 – $40 offer, you would quite likely regret it afterwards.

Remember this a disruptive technology and will disrupt the semiconductor industry just like cars disrupted the horse-drawn carts industry. Hold these shares, if you can!
