My point wasn't about fairness. More about Apple not wishing for this to get into their competitors hands, and therefore preventing some deals from potentially happening. Will Tony be advising poet to speak to Samsung or google etc?

I just thought at the time PC made that comment, I wonder who he is referring to. Now I think we know. It's all very intriguing and raises lots of points for debate.
