1. PDK

Partners & Customers will finally be able to have a virtual simulator of our 40nm PET process for developing their very own processes "Powered by POET".


2. Ring-Oscillator

With the R-O; our benchmarks will finally be proven and will give a industry standard comparison versus Si.

Also, the R-O is a critical component in our Universal Memory Cell (NVRAM, DRAM and SRAM).


3. VCSEL

The market for VCSEL use in optical connects in servers is just getting started. With facebook claiming they'll incorporate Si photonics into it's servers in 2015, consortiums being organized, and markets heating up, we're showing up at the crux of industry adoption.
