My guess is that the company will be bought out and the price accepted will be determined by the largest sharholders and mangement. Considering the various players, Pinetree,IBK, Brant and management who have the largest positions and have held this stock for a long time and want the fastest monetization the price will probably be a lot lower than most of us would like.
