to my knowledge, he/she only accepts certain investors for his/her client base.

I'm not intending to recruit anyone, but if you have an OSC exemption under National Instrument 45-106, please let me know via PM and I could pass along your contact information to him/her for consideration.

otherwise, it is extremely unlikely that there would be any interest (sorry).

(i.e., he/she doesn't typically choose to do business with regular retail investors).
