I would not usually respond to such rudeness and personal attacks but fairchij has crossed a serious line and I will not allow him to bully me as he does everyone else and attempt to discredit me like this (like he personally told me in a PM he would do). Nonetheless, a poor attempt. Here are some facts (even though this was a smaller and less relevant part of my post but feel the need to back it up):
Peter joined POET (June 11, 2012):
http://www.poet-technologies.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/NR-11June12-BoardChanges.pdf
Transcript says:
40:05 – Peter Copetti: "When I joined it was 17 cent. We had a high of about $2.80 or something at one point. We had some articles written about us and stuff, the market thinks ahead, came back down. I think now we are at $1.25 – $1.30."
Why would you try to discredit my statement using a share price quote in 2009 which has no relevance to the 2012 time period when Peter joined? Peter said he joined when it was 17 cents but that day it was 23 cents and no other day since he joined has it been lower than 19.5. I don't even care much but thats the only thing you could focus on in your post and it was a very small and insignificant part. Why do you continually search for something, then twist it to your purpose just to try to discredit and then repeat it in multiple posts to try to get the attention of the rest of the board? What is your motive? I find it very disrespectful.
Your posts should be removed and have already been reported as a violation by others because they are disrespectful, insulting and highly inaccurate and you are twisting everything I said. Nowhere did I call Peter a liar and I presented the facts that are relevant to the discussion and nowhere did I say anything bad about Peter and was never ever even close to my intention. I think anyone who read my post could see that for themselves. I will not do anything but I would hope one of our other hub leaders can find it in them to see the harm done to this good board via those posts that were uncalled for.
Why did you not point out all the postive statements of mine? Again what is your motive?
1) " Peter is a markets guy, and basically a very good salesman. Thats not a bad thing, but with POET it will hopefully sell itself in time."
2) "I believe in most of what he stated in the presentation will come to fruition but not exactly how he laid it out"
3) "Examples of the truth being stretched a bit, which is totally expected during a sales pitch. No fault there, and easy for us to point these out as we have DDed this company to death. I'm a bit surprised no one has pointed out these little inconsistencies before but I guess they aren't a big deal."
4) " I agree it is highly unlikely " (in respect to an R/S)
I will leave it at that and let the good people on this board who can all think for themselves come to their own conclusions.
