No, this is not true because full disclosure is required on the reports on SEDI and if you look at them, it tells you exactly what Peter owns (shares and options). Peter only owns 100k shares. Also POET never traded under 19.5 during the last 6 years, and Peter has only known about POET in the last 3-3.5 yrs.
