The possible RS was announced on a Friday after the market closed,, normally when the crap news comes so that investors can think about it over the weekend.. They thought about it and dumped on Monday.. I sent an email off to CC and was told the idea of a RS came incase a company wanted to invest in PTK and they could not do so when still on the Venture exchange with the low share price.. To get to the Naz. in a hurry a RS would be required.. So there could have been an urgency to get to the Naz.
