Correct and since it was announce it is hanging like the "sword of Damocles" above all of us.

I think it is one reason why the share price doesn´t move higher as nobody can really be sure about the RS until it is dismissed by a statement of the company.

Don´t get me wrong I am convinced and fully invested, but the people on the sideline are weighing this RS scenario into their decision.

And that is why maybe a lot of people are waiting on the sideline but don´t get in yet.
